Requirements

Students may use the language of their choice (whether it be their native language, a second language, or any other dialect they prefer), but needs to avoid inappropriate language or references. This means:

• ABSOLUTELY NO profanities, slang, vulgarity, obscenity and nothing that could be considered offensive, questionable, or inappropriate for a school setting
• ABSOLUTELY NO references to cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, sex, gangs, etc.
• ABSOLUTELY No language that denigrates another person’s character, ethnicity, religious/political beliefs, sexuality, gender, physical or mental ability, etc.

Quotes are to be limited to 25 words long (to fit space requirements). Please do a word count in a Google Doc to verify appropriate length.
Quotes should be attributed to the original speaker or author.
Quotes MUST BE be from someone else OR they can be created by the student.
Quotes MUST BE meaningful and have had a positive impact on the student's life.
Quotes MUST BE appropriate and in good taste.
Quotes HAVE TO avoid acronyms or other questionable content.
Quotes MUST avoid mentioning other students, teachers, or staff members.
Quotes MUST avoid derogatory comments PERIOD!
Quotes MUST avoid emojis, which are considered too informal
If you submit a quote that is the same as another senior, your 2nd choice will be used (i.e. Hailey and Kaylee both submit the same quote, but Hailey submitted 1st, then Kaylee's second choice will be used.

Senior Quotes - Google Form - FORM WILL OPEN JULY 1, 2026

• July 1, 2026 - Submission for Senior portraits opens
• October 30, 2026 – Senior portraits are due (1st deadline with no fee)
• October 30, 2026 - Seniors quotes are due (final deadline)
• Nov. 18, 2026 – Last day to submit senior portrait (final deadline with $15 late fee)
• Nov. 18, 206 - Last day to order and submit senior recognition ads

Senior deadlines are very strict. The first deadline to turn in senior portraits will be October 30, 2026. After this date, seniors may submit their senior portraits through Nov. 18 with a $15 late fee. Senior photos will not be accepted after Nov. 18.

Seniors should make sure to schedule their sitting to allow time for touchups and to submit the photo on time. Remember, deadlines for senior photos are similar for all schools in the area, so the earlier you contact your photographer, the better.

Important: Before submitting a senior photo, please make sure to follow the restrictions and requirements:

• 300 DPI (dots per inch)
• JPEG or JPG Format
• Size 2” (wide) x 3” (tall)
• Vertical orientation (picture should be upper body and head only)
• NO SELFIES
• No props
• Face MUST BE CLEAR and at least ½” tall (no masks, helmets, or other props that cover your face and head)
• Must follow dress code of AHS Student & Family Handbook

These requirements ensure the best picture and printing quality. Most professional photographers are already aware of these requirements, but we want to make sure that you are aware of them as well. If these requirements are not met, the photo may not work in the book.

FINAL DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 18, 2026. IF YOU SUBMIT BETWEEN THE DATES OF 11/01 AND 11/18/2026 A $15 FEE WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT IN INFINITE CAMPUS.

Please do not send the yearbook staff your photo. We do not want to risk your photo getting lost or overlooked in an inbox. We appreciate your help in getting these photos uploaded for us!

To account for space on pages and give the yearbook staff enough time to create senior tributes, all forms, materials and payment should be received no later than November 18, 2026. Please note that space is limited, and once it is filled, we may not be able to include your tribute. Seniors should place their orders as soon as possible.

All sales will be made through the Jostens.

Senior ads are not a requirement, but they are a fantastic option to commemorate achievements and celebrate accomplishments. Ads are sold in a variety of different sizes and prices:

Early Bird Pricing (July 1 - Oct. 30)

• 1/8 Page - $80 (1-2 photos w/ text)

• 1/4 Page - $125 (2-3 photos w/ text)

• 1/2 Page - $200 (4-6 photos w/ text)

• Full Page - $350 (up to 9 photos w/ text)

On Time Pricing (Oct. 31 - Nov. 18)

• 1/8 Page - $95 (1-2 photos w/ text)

• 1/4 Page - $175 (2-3 photos w/ text)

• 1/2 Page - $250 (4-6 photos w/ text)

• Full Page - $400 (up to 9 photos w/ text)

Each size comes with options for the number of photos and amount of characters in the written message. Submit digital or physical photos – keep in mind that photos must be 300 DPI.
